Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Australia (Standard): 2–5 business days
Australia (Express): 1–2 business days

International: 7–14 business days (location dependent)

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150 AUD.

Please Note: Delivery times may vary during peak periods. We’re not responsible for any customs delays or additional duties/taxes for international orders.

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging intact.

Return Process

1. Email us at info@highergroup.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
   
2. Once approved, we’ll share the return address.
   
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
   
4. Once received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
   

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to swap your item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
